Our salon offers mircoblading services for your eyebrows. Mircoblading is an advanced procedure of cosmetic tattooing that is executed by a process of implanting color pigment beneath the surface of the skin with a micro sterile, disposable needle. Certified in microblading we offer three service types.
Mircoblading which is a technique creating hair like strokes follow the natural growth of your brow shape. The finished brows appear light, and natural.
Microshading is another technique creating small pin point dots to shade in the brow shape with pigmentation. The finished brows is full, and resemble a makeup appearance.
Microblading Combo is a combination of both application techniques use to create a specific look such as ombre brows. The combo brow can also be used to fill in sparse areas of the brows, or correct problematic, natural brows.
The initial microblading session usually takes between 2.5- 3 hours. The brow artist will provide a consultation first to discuss, and personalize your desired look. This is followed up by mapping and numbing your brows, choosing brow colors, and providing you a detailed microblading service in a comfortable, power recliner. Due to the nature of this comprehensive service we do not allow children to accompany you to your microblading appointment.
Microblading last between 18-30 months. The treatment will fade over time, and a touch up is required within 4-6 weeks of the initial procedure. Frequency of touch ups depends on a number of factors including sun exposure, chemical peels, client active, and skin type. Please note longevity of color will be different for each client.
Here are a few suggestions on how to prepare for your initial microblading appointment. First book your appointment a minimum of 7 days prior to any big event, or vacation. Then if at all possible arrive with your normal makeup routine for your brows. This offers a good idea of how you typically wear your brow on a daily basis. Avoid blood thinners 24 hours prior to your appointment. As well as aspirin, pre-workouts, alcohol, facial exfoliation, and coffee.
In the following days after a procedure here is what you can expect. Your eyebrows may appear darker in color, This is temporary, and will soften in color. Light scabbing will appear. Please do not pick at scabs it may effect final results, or damage your skin. Let scabbing naturally slough off. Complete healing process may take up to 30 days.
The initial aftercare procedure will begin two hours after your session is completed. Use a clean, damp Q-tip in a tapping motion on your brows.. Next pat the brows with a dry tissue. The final step will be to apply a thin coat of healing balm with a clean Q-tip. Then for a consecutive week apply healing balm twice a day. Your service provider will provide you with additional information as well.
$100 nonrefundable or nontransferable deposit is required to schedule the full microblading procedure appointment. The retainer will go towards the cost of your initial session.
